These dates are confirmed by BYU rather than projected from previous years — we wrote up where BYU published them and why nobody noticed. They appear on the Education Week Apply to Teach page, which states the presenter application window "for the program held August 16–20, 2027." That page sits under the site's More menu, which is why the dates are not widely known yet — BYU's own homepage and registration pages were still showing 2026 when this was written.
What Is Already Known About 2027
The dates. August 16–20, 2027, Monday through Friday. That matches the shape of every recent program — Education Week has run Monday to Friday in the third full week of August, and 2026 ran August 17–21.
The presenter window. Applications to teach at the 2027 program are accepted September 15 through September 30, 2026 — a sixteen-day window that closes hard. BYU states that materials arriving after September 30 will not be considered, and that applicants hear back by February 2027. What Is Not Published Yet
Pricing. BYU has not released 2027 tuition. For scale, 2026 ran $115 for the full Monday–Friday week, $105 Tuesday–Friday, $50 for a four-session block, and $30 for a single session bought during the week. Campus housing was $150 per person.
Registration opening. Registration for the 2026 program opened April 2 and stayed open through the final evening of the program. Early April is the pattern, not a promise.
The class schedule and presenters. Those are set after the September application window closes and the review committee works through several hundred applications.
