We live in Provo and Utah Valley — we eat at the restaurants we recommend, hike the trails we review, and navigate the same neighborhoods, schools, and services we write about. That firsthand experience is the foundation of everything we publish.
We don't publish sponsored content disguised as editorial, and our recommendations are based on genuine experience — not who pays us the most. When something is sponsored or an advertisement, we label it clearly. Our restaurant rankings reflect where we'd actually take a friend, not which owner bought us dinner.
