Which pro teams can I reach from Provo?

All of Utah's, because they are all within about an hour. The Jazz and the Mammoth play at the Delta Center in Salt Lake, Real Salt Lake plays in Sandy, the Bees have moved to Daybreak and the Warriors play in Utah County itself.
