Needing to sell ASAP. Plans changed and I am trying to move out of state. 3 new roommates this August, so I don't know them well. There is covered parking available with a parking pass. Close to BYU and easily accessible to UVU.

Before you agree to anything

A contract sale is not complete because two students agreed on a price. The landlord or the complex office has to approve the transfer and put the new person on the contract, and until that paperwork exists the original signer is still the one on the hook for the rent.
