4 bed, 2 bath (4 person) with in-unit laundry, plenty of off-street parking, and a 15-minute walk to campus. Nice matching bedroom furniture, surprisingly big closet, top floor, lots of sunlight. My daughter is taking a year off from school, so the room is available with two months of free rent.
Before you agree to anything
A contract sale is not complete because two students agreed on a price. The landlord or the complex office has to approve the transfer and put the new person on the contract, and until that paperwork exists the original signer is still the one on the hook for the rent.
