Contract lasts until August 13th, 2027. 6-person apartment, currently occupied by 6 men between the ages of 21 and 23. 10-minute walk to BYU campus. Selling because I'm getting married. The office has been notified of my intent to sell my lease.
Before you agree to anything
A contract sale is not complete because two students agreed on a price. The landlord or the complex office has to approve the transfer and put the new person on the contract, and until that paperwork exists the original signer is still the one on the hook for the rent.
