Winter contract at Liberty on Freedom: shared room, both spots available

$563/month total ($470 base rent + $55 utilities + $25 Wi-Fi + $13 insurance)

3 shared bedrooms, 2 baths. Currently occupied by 6 women. Great community and facilities. I am leaving to serve a mission, as is my roommate, so both spots in the room will be available. Contract ends August 13th, 2027.

Before you agree to anything

A contract sale is not complete because two students agreed on a price. The landlord or the complex office has to approve the transfer and put the new person on the contract, and until that paperwork exists the original signer is still the one on the hook for the rent.
