I am selling my contract at Timpanogos Towers. It is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located right behind LaVell Edwards Stadium on Stadium Ave. It is right by the stairs and has south-facing windows, so you get a lot of natural light. Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, pickleball court, workout room, valet trash, and a parking garage. The unit is max three singles or one couple. The lease goes until June 2027 with an option to renew. It is unfurnished, but I would be willing to leave my couch, twin mattress and frame, and a cubby shelf if wanted. $1,460 a month including rent, utilities, parking, valet trash, and internet. I have already paid September rent and am available to move out ASAP.
Before you agree to anything
A contract sale is not complete because two students agreed on a price. The landlord or the complex office has to approve the transfer and put the new person on the contract, and until that paperwork exists the original signer is still the one on the hook for the rent.
