Rules we followed: a date appears only if the organizer published it. Weekdays were checked against a calendar. Where an organizer gives only a season ("early fall semester"), we give the season.

WSC is BYU's Wilkinson Student Center. UVU's spring dates and the 2027 Utah Valley Job Fair had not been posted when we checked.

October 2026 (already held)
- UVU Career and Internship Fair: Wednesday, October 7, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Grand Ballroom. UVU posted an employer list PDF for the fall 2026 fair.
- UVU Graduate School Fair: Wednesday, October 14, Grand Ballroom. UVU's own pages disagree on the end time: the career center's homepage said 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., its events page 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is the one UVU fair held only once a year, in early fall.
November 2026
- Workforce Services statewide virtual job fair: the DWS homepage linked its "next virtual job fair" to a calendar entry for Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 10 a.m. DWS says the event is open to all, including veterans, service members and spouses, and you register by logging in to your My Job Search account. DWS's in-person employment centers in Utah County are in Provo (1550 North 200 West), Spanish Fork (1185 North Canyon Creek Parkway) and Lehi (557 West State Street), per its locations list.
December 2026
No Utah Valley fairs had published dates when we checked.
January 2027
- BYU Civil & Construction Engineering Career Fair: Thursday, January 21, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- BYU STEM Career Fair: Thursday, January 21, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- UVU (pattern): UVU says its Career and Internship Fair, Part-Time Job Fair, STEM fair and Health Professions fair run early in the spring semester as well as the fall. Watch the career center's page and Handshake for dates.
February 2027
- BYU Student Athlete Career Fair: Wednesday, February 3, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
- BYU General Career Fair: Thursday, February 4, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The one for every major.
- BYU Education Career Fair: Thursday, February 25, 3 to 6 p.m.; marked invite-only for employers. Education students should also read teaching jobs in Utah Valley.
March 2027
- BYU Summer Job Fair: Thursday, March 11, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., all majors. Useful for students planning summer income; see summer jobs in Utah Valley.
- UVU (pattern): program fairs run mid-spring semester, including the Architecture Career and Internship Fair and the Culinary Arts Fair; UVU also lists a Spring Employment Fair in spring.
April 2027
- UVU (pattern): the Aviation Career Exploration Fair for aviation management majors runs late in spring semester.
May to July 2027
No Utah Valley fairs had published dates for these months when we checked. Watch the DWS events calendar.
August 2027
- Utah Valley Job Fair: the community fair is annual. The 2026 edition was Tuesday, August 25, 2026, 2 to 5 p.m., at the Utah Valley Convention Center, 220 West Center Street, Provo, free, per the event listing. The 2027 date had not been posted.
September 2027
- UVU (pattern): the fall cycle begins early in the semester with the Part-Time Job Fair, the Career and Internship Fair, the STEM fair and the Health Professions fair.
The fairs by organizer
BYU Career Services (1134 WSC, 801-422-3000). Its fairs are recruiting events for BYU students; employers register through Handshake. The dates above come from the employer page, which also shows each fair's employer fee. One correction to older guides, including ours: BYU's STEM fair is listed in January for 2027, not in the fall.

UVU says fairs may move to virtual-only if public health or other issues affect the university.

Organizers post dates on their own schedules (BYU had its January to March 2027 fairs up by October 2026), so check each organizer's page for dates added since.
