Female shared room: Winter contract at Foxwood Apartments
I am getting married this December, so I am selling my shared-room contract before winter semester at BYU (starts 1/7/27). It is a 5-girl apartment (2 shared rooms, 1 private room that's currently empty) and I am selling a shared bed space. There is one bathroom and in-unit laundry. It is a nice 15-minute walk from campus. Parking is free but limited. I need to wait at least until 9/26/26 before I can let my landlord know I'm selling.
Before you agree to anything
A contract sale is not complete because two students agreed on a price. The landlord or the complex office has to approve the transfer and put the new person on the contract, and until that paperwork exists the original signer is still the one on the hook for the rent.
