Yoga and Pilates Studios in Utah County: The City-by-City Map, From Lehi to Salem

Yoga and Pilates studios across Utah County, city by city, with addresses and what each says it teaches: heated rooms, reformers and free first classes.

Utah County has more yoga and Pilates studios than most people realize, and they are not all in Provo. This is the map: where the studios are, city by city, what each one says it teaches, and the few distinctions that help you choose. Addresses come from Google's business listings in October 2026; descriptions come from each studio's own website where we could find and read one. Where we could not, we say so and give the address only. We do not rate studios.

If you are deciding whether yoga or Pilates is right for you at all, or worried about a contract, start with our yoga in Provo guide, which explains why nobody licenses yoga teachers in Utah and how the state's gym-contract law treats studios, and our CrossFit, Pilates and barre guide, which explains reformer versus mat Pilates and what a first class is like.

How to read the map

A few labels you will see:

North county: Lehi

Lehi has the densest cluster in the north, partly because studios here also draw from Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Alpine and the south end of Salt Lake County.

Studio Address What it says it offers
Mindpose Yoga 289 E. Main St., Ste. B Warm classes, 80 to 95 degrees, in Lehi's historic district
Club Pilates Lehi 1881 W. Traverse Pkwy., Ste. B Reformer franchise; eight class types, four levels, first class free
Studio Sculpt Pilates 3397 N. 1200 E., Ste. 106 50-minute group reformer classes, privates and duets
Crystal Lyon Yoga, HypnoBirthing and More Inside Reborn Pelvic Health and Wellness, 310 N. 850 E., Ste. D Google listing only (yoga and hypnobirthing)

Mindpose Yoga is the clearest choice in the north county for heat that is not extreme. Its site says classes "range from 80-95 degrees," which it calls warm enough for circulation and flexibility benefits without becoming "detrimental to your practice," and it sells Manduka mats and its own apparel.

Club Pilates is the national reformer chain, and its Lehi page lists "eight class types, four skill levels" and a free first class.

Studio Sculpt describes 50-minute classes blending classical and contemporary technique, plus private sessions and private sessions for two.

North county: American Fork and Pleasant Grove

Studio Address What it says it offers
Unified Hot Yoga and Pilates 555 E. Main St. A, American Fork Hot yoga and Pilates classes
The Pilates Haus 1261 S. 820 E., Ste. 110, American Fork Google listing only
Mountain West Pilates 793 S. Main St., Pleasant Grove Group reformer classes and private sessions
Purify Wellness Center 1064 S. North County Blvd., #160, Pleasant Grove Google listing only (yoga and wellness)

Unified Hot Yoga and Pilates describes itself as an "all inclusive environment where all are welcome," with hot yoga and Pilates classes.

Mountain West Pilates says it is "bringing Pilates to Pleasant Grove & Provo," with a second location in north Provo (below). Its site lists group reformer classes and private sessions. Our earlier Pilates guide also covers The Park Pilates in Pleasant Grove.

West side: Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain

Studio Address What it says it offers
Club Pilates Saratoga Springs 1168 N. Redwood Rd., Ste. B-204, Saratoga Springs Reformer franchise; first class free
YogaVega 1306 Redwood Rd., Saratoga Springs Google listing only
HOTWORX Saratoga Springs 1012 N. Redwood Rd., Ste. B, Saratoga Springs Infrared sauna workout studio
Wildflower Yoga 2202 Cassidy Way, Eagle Mountain Google listing only
Mind Your Body Pilates 2308 E. Sandhill Ln., Eagle Mountain Google listing only

The west side is the newest market in the county, and it shows: the franchise reformer studio sits on Redwood Road with the other national chains, and the smaller Eagle Mountain listings are worth a phone call before you assume a public class schedule.

Orem

Studio Address What it says it offers
FreedOM Hot Yoga + Pilates 1028 W. 950 N., #101 Heated yoga and Pilates; a second studio in South Jordan
YogaSix Orem 542 E. University Pkwy. National yoga franchise; Google listing
Bija Yoga and Wellness 436 W. 800 N. Google listing only
The Yoga Shala 845 N. State St., #A Google listing only
SWEATFORM Pilates 360 S. State St., Ste. 106 Reformer Pilates with childcare and instructor training
Urban Pilates 560 E. Park Ave., #5 Google listing only

SWEATFORM calls itself "modern + athletic reformer Pilates" for Orem and Utah County. Its site lists three class styles: FORM (foundational), SWEAT (its signature, faster class, which it says is not recommended for first-timers), and FOUNDATION, a slower class that teaches the reformer. It advertises childcare, early and late classes and no contracts, and it trains instructors, including STOTT Pilates courses. For a parent of young children, the childcare is the detail that matters.

FreedOM lists two studios on its site, Orem and South Jordan, so a membership can follow a commuter north.

A naming note: two Orem listings share YogaSix's address on University Parkway (YogaSix and Body Alive). Check which brand is operating there when you book.

Provo

Provo's studios are covered in more depth in our yoga in Provo guide, which focuses on the rules rather than the studios. Here is who is where.

Studio Address What it says it offers
3B Movement 4801 N. University Ave., #530 Trauma-informed yoga, mat Pilates, somatic movement, breathwork
Resistance Pilates 4801 N. University Ave., #145 Google listing only (Pilates)
Mountain West Pilates (Provo) 428 W. 2310 N., Ste. 103 Group reformer classes and privates
The Yoga Underground 936 E. 450 N. Google listing only
Bodhi Yoga 2230 N. University Pkwy. Google listing; site says a new space "arrives in 2026"

3B Movement is the most distinct studio in the county on paper. It describes itself as "a trauma-informed yoga and somatic movement studio," with "invitational language and safe sensory environments" and "regulation and presence over aesthetic performance." Its schedule runs from yoga and mat Pilates to breathwork, sound healing and meditation, and it offers a free first class to local residents who have not been before. It also runs paid workshops; one on its calendar in October 2026 was a three-hour couples connection workshop.

Bodhi Yoga has a Google listing on University Parkway, but its own website said in October 2026, "Your new yoga space arrives in 2026." Call before going.

North Provo's 4801 N. University Avenue address, home to both 3B Movement and Resistance Pilates, is the Riverwoods area, which makes a class easy to combine with errands.

South county: Spanish Fork and Salem

Studio Address What it says it offers
The Core Pilates and Yoga Studio 1283 N. Canyon Creek Pkwy., Spanish Fork Google listing only
Bottoms Up Yoga 122 N. Main St., Spanish Fork Google listing only
Ascent Pilates 1179 S. Main St., Ste. 102, Spanish Fork Reformer classes, smaller groups, aimed at women
Club Pilates Spanish Fork 2725 E. 400 N., Unit 5, Spanish Fork Listed as "Coming Soon" in October 2026
HOTWORX Spanish Fork 443 E. 1000 N., Spanish Fork Infrared sauna workout studio
Breathe Yoga Studio 741 UT-198, Salem Google listing only

Ascent Pilates says "every class is centered around the reformer," with smaller classes for "more personalized instruction," and describes itself as a space "where women can prioritize themselves."

Club Pilates Spanish Fork had a page and an address but was marked coming soon when we checked, which matters if you are comparing a franchise membership across the county.

Choosing, quickly

If you want heat: Mindpose (Lehi) publishes its temperature range; Unified (American Fork) and FreedOM (Orem) both lead with hot classes. Read our Provo guide's note on altitude and dry air before your first heated class.

If you want reformer Pilates near home: Lehi and Saratoga Springs (Club Pilates, Studio Sculpt), Pleasant Grove and north Provo (Mountain West), Orem (SWEATFORM, Urban), Spanish Fork (Ascent).

If you are pregnant or postpartum: the Lehi listing inside a pelvic health clinic is the only one in our search that names prenatal-adjacent services; ask any studio about prenatal classes, which come and go. Our postpartum fitness guide covers the stroller and postpartum classes that do exist.

If cost is the issue: a city recreation center or a gym membership that includes classes is usually the cheapest way to try yoga before committing to a studio. Our rec center comparison and Provo gym guide cover those options.

Before you sign anything: ask whether the membership auto-renews, how to cancel, and whether intro offers convert to a full-price plan. The Provo guide explains why those questions matter more for studios than for gyms in Utah.

They cluster in Lehi, Orem and north Provo, with smaller groups in American Fork and Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain, and Spanish Fork and Salem. In October 2026 Google listed independent and franchise studios in each of those areas, from Mindpose Yoga on Lehi's Main Street to Bottoms Up Yoga on Spanish Fork's Main Street.

Studios that describe heated classes on their own sites include Mindpose Yoga in Lehi, which keeps its rooms at 80 to 95 degrees; Unified Hot Yoga and Pilates in American Fork; and FreedOM Hot Yoga and Pilates in Orem. HOTWORX locations in Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs are infrared sauna workout studios rather than traditional yoga studios.
Where can I do reformer Pilates in Utah County?
Reformer studios include Club Pilates in Lehi and Saratoga Springs (a Spanish Fork studio was listed as coming soon in October 2026), Mountain West Pilates in Pleasant Grove and Provo, Studio Sculpt Pilates in Lehi, SWEATFORM in Orem, Resistance Pilates and Urban Pilates in Provo and Orem, and Ascent Pilates in Spanish Fork.
Which yoga or Pilates studios offer a free first class?

Are there Pilates studios with childcare?
SWEATFORM, the reformer Pilates studio in Orem, advertises childcare on its site, including unlimited childcare for up to three children on some memberships. Ask any studio directly, since childcare hours are often limited.
Do yoga teachers in Utah need a license?
No. Utah does not license yoga instructors, and yoga studios generally fall outside the state's Health Spa Services Protection Act. Our guide to yoga in Provo explains what that means for contracts and choosing a teacher.
What is the cheapest way to try yoga or Pilates in Utah County?
City recreation centers and university recreation programs usually include classes in a general membership or day pass, and some studios offer a free or discounted first class. Our rec center comparison covers what each city's center offers.
