Where it is
On north University Avenue, well above campus. Its own site is the source for that address; the Bulldog Boulevard address that this site and most aggregators carried until v440 reads as closed on the review platforms. If a listing sends you to 1230 North, the listing is out of date.

What we know about it
The name is a joke about the food rather than the address: a hundred and eighty degrees from what a street taco usually is. The operator dates the business to 2013 and describes it as a culinary adventure with no rules, which in practice means a Korean kalbi pork taco with kimchi and a New York buffalo chicken taco with pickled mirepoix sitting on the same board as al pastor, carnitas and asada. There are rice bowls and salads built on the same fillings, wonton chips, and a weekly vegetarian special the counter will tell you about.
That puts it in a different category from the taqueria a mile south of it, which is worth saying plainly because our Mexican guide used to treat the two as a pair. Don Joaquin is cooking lengua, cabeza and tripa for people who grew up on them. This kitchen is cooking invention. Both are good and they are not substitutes, and the block that used to let you compare them in one walk is gone.
It is closed Sunday, like most of the independent end of the valley.
