Tamashi Ramen is one of only two dedicated ramen shops in Utah Valley's Provo-Orem core, and the more accessible of the pair.
Where it is
At 206 East University Parkway in Orem, roughly ten minutes north of BYU campus.

What we know about it
The structural fact our ramen coverage establishes first is that there is no dedicated ramen-ya inside Provo city limits. The two specialists are both in Orem -- this one on University Parkway and Asa Ramen on State Street -- and both are specialists rather than rooms that happen to serve ramen among other things. That framing is what makes the ten-minute drive read as reasonable rather than as a compromise.
Between the two, our guide treats this as the more accessible: a larger room and a longer menu that takes in sushi and bao as well as ramen, which makes it the easier call for a group where not everyone wants a bowl.
The decisive difference is Sunday. It posts a Sunday service, which in Utah Valley narrows the field sharply -- our coverage puts it alongside JINYA Ramen Bar in Lehi and Haku Ramen House in American Fork on that short list.
