The tangle is this. Two trading names attach to this address and this phone number. One is Tandoor Indian Grill, a Salt Lake operation that has also run rooms in the city and in Holladay and lists Provo as a third. The other is Tandoor Indian Cuisine, which is the name the Provo room now carries and which maintains its own separate website. A search for either will land you at the same building. We file it under the current name.
It runs a split lunch and dinner service with a closed gap in the middle of the afternoon, and it closes Sunday. The kitchen works across northern and southern dishes rather than specializing in one, which is the pitch its own materials lead with.
