Utah Valley does not have one donut. It has a square one in Lehi that dates to 1969, a potato-dough one in Lindon, an entirely gluten-free shop in Orem, a Las Vegas import that opens at 5 a.m. every day, and the small-town Daylight franchises from Pleasant Grove to Salem. Below is every donut shop we found in Utah County, town by town, with the hours that matter and the one fact that sets each apart. Hours are as listed on Google in October 2026 unless a shop's own site is cited.

North county: Lehi, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Saratoga Springs

1. Lehi Bakery

172 West Main Street, Lehi; also Saratoga Springs, Highland and Spanish Fork. Monday to Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; closed Sunday. The bakery dates its founding to 1969, by Arden Tuckett, and David and Danielle Doty bought it in 2018. Its menu calls the square glazed donut "our famous" one: $1.39 each or $16.68 a dozen in October 2026. Mini squares are 99 cents glazed, and the case runs to buttermilk bars, filled squares, a chocolate "foot," fritters, old-fashioneds and cinnamon rolls. The four shops share the same hours. The other three are at 119 West Crossroads Boulevard in Saratoga Springs, 4821 West Canal Boulevard in Highland, and 433 East 1000 North in Spanish Fork. Same-day and scheduled orders go through its online ordering, which is how to secure a few dozen.

2. Spudly Donuts

569 North State Street, Suite 1E, Lindon; and 305 South 850 East, Unit 101A, Lehi. Lindon: Monday to Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday to 9 p.m.; closed Sunday. Every donut and donut hole is made from a mashed potato dough, using what Spudly describes as Grandma Ora Mae's family recipe of more than 70 years, hand-cut and kettle-fried each morning and packed in octagonal boxes. The donut holes sell by the "Spudy Box" of 90 to 100. It is the only potato-donut shop on this list.

3. Zeke's Daylight Donuts

125 East State Road, Pleasant Grove. Monday to Saturday 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.; closed Sunday. One of the earliest openers in the county, on State Road in Pleasant Grove.

4. Parlor Doughnuts

2135 West 450 South, Suite A, Pleasant Grove: Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Also 2319 North 400 West, Provo: daily 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Two Utah County shops, both open on Sunday, which puts Parlor in the short Sunday list below.

5. Pinkbox Doughnuts

610 West Main Street, American Fork. Daily from 5 a.m.; to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. A Las Vegas doughnut company, with about 14 Las Vegas Valley locations by its own count, plus American Fork and Sandy. Its site lists the American Fork store as open daily at 5 a.m. "until we run out." It is the one shop here that covers both 5 a.m. and late evening, seven days a week.

6. Avenue Bakery

297 West Main Street, American Fork. Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; closed Sunday. A family-owned, full-scratch bakery, by its own description, that makes its donuts alongside pastries, breads, cakes and pies, and offers gluten-free options. The later closing time makes it an after-work donut stop in a county where many bakeries close at 4.

7. Daylight Donuts, Saratoga Springs

649 North Redwood Road, Suite 105, Saratoga Springs. Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; closed Sunday. The Daylight shop for the west side of the lake.

Provo and Orem

8. Provo Bakery

190 East 100 North, Provo. Monday to Saturday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; closed Sunday. Downtown Provo's neighborhood bakery, a block north of Center Street. Its donuts, fritters and cinnamon rolls come out in the morning and go as the day goes, so earlier is better. Our Provo and Orem bakeries guide covers its full case.

9. Lighthouse Donut, Coffee, & Dessert Co.

1528 North Freedom Boulevard, Provo. Tuesday to Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.; closed Sunday and Monday. A donut shop that is also a coffee shop and a breakfast-sandwich counter, a few blocks west of BYU. Note the Monday closure, which is unusual on this list.

10. Bismarck Doughnuts

560 East University Parkway, Orem. Monday to Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday to 9 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The shop opened in 2022 as a traditional doughnut shop and, after repeated requests, switched to 100% gluten-free raised and cake doughnuts made from its own flour blend, according to its site. 11. Krispy Kreme, Orem

417 West 1300 South, Orem. Daily 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday to 9 p.m. The national chain's Orem store, with the longest Sunday hours of any donut shop in Provo or Orem.

12. Ambrosial Bakery

275-B East 300 South, Provo. Wednesday and Thursday 2 to 8 p.m., Friday 2 to 10 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; closed Sunday through Tuesday. A 100% gluten-free bakery, "baking magic since 2015" by its own line, that posts a weekly menu on Instagram. It is a full bakery rather than a donut shop, but for anyone who cannot eat gluten it belongs on the donut list. Note the afternoon-and-evening hours.

South county: Spanish Fork and Salem

13. The Donut Run

1306 East Center Street, Spanish Fork. Monday to Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday and Saturday 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.; closed Sunday. A 5 a.m. opener on Spanish Fork's east side. Lehi Bakery's Spanish Fork shop, at 433 East 1000 North, is the other donut option in town.

14. Salem Daylight Donuts

835 UT-198, Salem. Monday to Saturday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.; closed Sunday. A Daylight shop on the highway through Salem.

Lehi Bakery takes same-day and scheduled online orders and caters through its ordering site. Spudly takes pickup orders online for Lehi and Lindon and books catering for corporate events and weddings. For a weekend event, order by Friday: the Saturday morning case is the one that sells through, and Sunday most of these kitchens are dark.
