Where it is
The slopes above campus, roughly from 900 East up to the foothills between the stadium area and Rock Canyon.
The housing
Mid-century and contemporary homes on sloping lots, many with valley views; strongly owner-occupied with a professor-heavy history.
Schools
Provo City School District; Wasatch Elementary sits below the bench and Timpview High is minutes north. Confirm boundaries with the district.
