North Provo near the river corridor — established, green, and quietly well positioned

Riverside is one of the north Provo neighborhoods that borrows its character from the Provo River rather than from a commercial strip. The pull here is the corridor itself: mature trees, the parkway trail within reach, and a street pattern that was laid out for houses rather than for through traffic.
