Vendors and the contract

Any licensed and insured caterer, florist or planner is allowed; a bartender from its approved list is the only required vendor. From the FAQ: a signed contract and security deposit reserve the date; the balance is due 30 days before; the deposit is refunded 10 to 15 business days after if there is no damage, excess cleaning or late departure; all cancellations forfeit the deposit, and cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full fee. A one-time date transfer is allowed more than 30 days out, for a fee. Our vendor contracts guide explains what to check.
