LDS Singles Activities in Utah Valley This Month: November 2026, Every Verified Dance, Fireside and Temple Night

Checked October 20, 2026. This is the month's calendar of singles activities in Utah County that we could verify on an official page: the Utah County Single Adults (UCSA) calendar, which also carries several coordinating councils' calendars, and the Church's own event pages. If an event is not here, we could not find it posted publicly. Most of what follows is for single adults 36 and older; the young single adult side is covered near the end.

The fixed points this month

If you only go to one kind of thing, these repeat every month and are the easiest way in.

• UCSA dances, first and third Fridays. November 6 in Orem and November 20 in Lehi. Instruction 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., dancing 8:30 to 11:30, refreshments, a game room and a service project. $5 per person, cash only.
• UCSA firesides, second and fourth Sundays. November 8 and 22 in Orem. Fireside 7 to 8 p.m., mingle and refreshments 8 to 9.
• Mount Timpanogos Singles, Thursdays in Lehi. Potluck at 7, fireside at 8, dancing 9 to 10. Free with a potluck item, $7 without.
• UCSA temple night, first Wednesday. November 4 at the Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple.

The November 2026 calendar, week by week

Times are as the source listed them. "36+" and "46+" are the ages each group says it is organized for; UCSA and several other groups say singles 36 and older are welcome at 46+ events.

Week 1: November 1 to 7

Notes on week 1:

• The Payson Break the Fast is a Payson stake activity on the Church's event page, listed for 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The November 1 date comes from the Church's own Eventbrite listing for it.
• The Santaquin fireside speaker is listed as Dave Potter, described as having studied to be a concert pianist with Reid Nibley at BYU.
• The temple night calendar entry lists 7 and 7:30 p.m. endowment sessions, group sealing appointments between 7 and 8 p.m., and a 9 p.m. mingle in the Relief Society room of the adjacent church building. UCSA asks you to reserve your own appointment on the Church's temple scheduling site.
• The Payson temple morning has two versions on UCSA's own site. The November calendar entry lists sealing sessions at 8, 8:10 and 8:20 a.m. with breakfast afterward; UCSA's Other Activities page describes breakfast first, 8:15 to 9:15, then the temple. Go by the calendar entry for November and check it again that week.
• The Spanish Fork Come Follow Me group meets "every Monday at 7 PM in the Primary Room," per the Church's event page, and is canceled when the Monday activity is held somewhere else.

Week 2: November 8 to 14

Notes on week 2:

• The Santaquin dinner is chicken teriyaki and rice followed by a "Retro Rewind" trivia night; the listing asks you to bring a side dish.
• The Orem Second Friday Dance is sponsored by a Hobble Creek stake and an Orem stake, with instruction from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. "by a former BYU ballroom team member," dancing until 11:30 and a $5 donation requested. It is not a UCSA dance, but UCSA carries it on its calendar.
• Movie night asks you to bring a treat to share.

Week 3: November 15 to 21

Notes on week 3:

• The Santaquin, Juab and Goshen third-Monday hike on November 16 is listed as canceled.
• The Spanish Fork temple night is a 6:45 p.m. sealing session; the group asks you to arrive by 6:25 and says no appointment is needed, just tell the temple workers you are with the Spanish Fork Area Single Adults.
• The Lehi dance has line dance instruction from 7:30 to 8:30 and its service project from 7:30 to 9:30. UCSA's site describes the Lehi project as coloring "You Are Loved" cards that go into humanitarian kits.

Week 4 and the end of the month: November 22 to 30

Notes on week 4:

• The Spanish Fork fireside time does not agree between sources. The Church's event page for the Spanish Fork Utah East Stake lists it for 6 to 9:30 p.m. The Spanish Fork Area Single Adults calendar on UCSA's site lists 7 p.m., marks it "Date Change," and names Brad Wilcox as the speaker. Arrive at 6 to be safe, or check both pages that week.
• The food bank night says to enter at the volunteer entrance on the west side no later than 6 p.m., wear closed-toe shoes, and expect "a somewhat physical activity."
• The Santaquin FHE is described as a short patriotic discussion followed by an outdoor activity; no address is posted.
• Thanksgiving week is when listings change most. Check before driving anywhere November 26 to 29.

Every Sunday: the singles choir

The Utah Area Singles Choir, run through UCSA, is open to all single adults 36 and older, rehearses Sundays and gives free concerts during the year. In November its rehearsals are at 5 p.m. on November 1, 8 and 22 and 5:30 p.m. on November 15, alternating between 828 W. 1600 N. and 865 W. 1000 N. in Orem as listed above. You can see why some people time their week around Sunday evenings: on November 8 and 22, rehearsal ends shortly before the fireside in the same building.

Just over the county line

UCSA's calendar also carries a few Salt Lake County activities that Utah County singles attend. For November 2026:

• Come Follow Me and Mingle, every Monday at 7 p.m., 9894 S. 2700 W., South Jordan (November 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30). The listing calls it a multistake, Church-sponsored event for 46+, with 36+ welcome, and puts attendance at "75+ singles."
• Draper stakes' first-Sunday fireside for 46+, November 1, 7 p.m., 1187 E. Draper Parkway.
• Cottonwood Area Fourth Sunday Devotional, November 22, 7 p.m., Cottonwood Stake Center, 1830 E. 6400 S., Murray.
• Spring Lane Fourth Friday Dance (36+), November 27, 7:30 p.m., Big Cottonwood Stake Center, 1750 E. Spring Lane, Holladay.

For young single adults (18 to 35)

Almost none of the YSA calendar is public, and that is by design: activities run through YSA wards, stakes, family home evening groups and institutes, and are announced inside those units. Our Provo YSA guide explains how to plug in, and the institute near UVU guide covers the institute side.

Two YSA events in Utah County are posted on the Church's own event pages:

• Saratoga Springs YSA Gathering Place, weekly on Thursdays, 6:30 to 8:45 p.m., at 7241 N. Ute Drive, Eagle Mountain. Dinner at 6:30, institute at 7:15, an activity at 8. The Church page says it is for single adults 18 to 35 in the Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs area and that friends are welcome. Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday, so check that week.
• YSA institute in Santaquin, a Thursday class from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 45 S. 500 W., Santaquin, listed by the Santaquin Utah Stake with additional dates through the semester.

How we built this, and what is not here

Sources. Every event above appears on one of these, checked October 20, 2026:

1. UCSA's website, utahsingleadults.org, whose embedded calendar combines UCSA's own events with calendars for the Mount Timpanogos Singles, the Spanish Fork Area Single Adults, the Santaquin/Juab/Goshen area and other singles activities.
2. The Church's local event pages for individual stakes and wards, including the Payson, Spanish Fork and Santaquin stake events and the Eagle Mountain YSA gathering.

UCSA says its Other Activities page lists events "sponsored by Utah County Single Adults and other coordinating councils," and asks organizers of official Church-sponsored activities in Utah County to email details and a flyer to be included.

Not here: commercial singles events and apps, which are a different world; our speed dating and singles events guide covers them. Ward-level activities that are only announced in sacrament meeting or a group chat are not here either, because we cannot see them.

A note on who belongs where. UCSA states that all divorces must be final. The Church's handbook rule on separated members, and how it applies, is explained in our guide for widowed and divorced members starting again.
