At 1120 South State Street in Orem, roughly ten minutes north of BYU campus.

What we know about it

The geography is the first thing our ramen guide has to explain: there is no dedicated ramen-ya inside Provo city limits. The two nearest are both in Orem -- this one on State Street and Tamashi on University Parkway -- and both are specialists rather than sushi restaurants carrying a ramen section, which is the distinction that matters if broth is the point.

The guide also frames the drive honestly. Ten minutes from central Provo against roughly forty-five to Salt Lake City is the comparison it makes, which is the argument for going at all. One scheduling note our coverage repeats: it posts a break of about two hours between lunch and dinner service, so an arrival in the middle of the afternoon can find the door shut.
