Bangkok Wasabi runs two full menus out of one kitchen -- Thai on one side, Japanese sushi on the other -- which makes it the most useful room in Orem for a group that cannot agree.

What we know about it

The combination sounds like a compromise and our restaurant guide is direct that it is not: fresh sushi alongside genuine curries, in a modern room with real attention to plating. Two cuisines at a consistent standard is harder than one, and the coverage credits the kitchen for clearing that bar rather than splitting the difference.
