Where it is
At 297 East University Parkway in Orem, in the Carillon Square area east of State Street. The chain also runs a drive-through shop on West University Parkway and a newer Provo store at the Shops at Riverwoods; this entry is the original Orem one.

What we know about it
Our coverage treats Roxberry as the honest end of a category that is not always honest. The chain positions itself against syrups, purees and powders, and our guide's verdict is that the claim mostly holds up when you read the ingredient lists -- which Roxberry publishes plainly. The same guide uses those lists to make its most repeated point: a smoothie built on sherbet or frozen yogurt is a dessert with fruit in it, not a fruit drink, and that is true across the whole category rather than a criticism of one shop.
Two durable pieces of advice come out of our writing. The first is the Flavor of the Week, a rotating weekly special with a discount attached that you get by mentioning it at the counter -- a mechanism rather than a promotion, so it does not expire the way a printed price would.
