Who Holmes Homes is
Holmes's Our Story page says the family has been building in Utah for five generations, beginning with Joseph Holmes more than 120 years ago, and that it received the Quality Builder Award from Quality Builders Warranty Corporation in 2017. Its other Utah communities on October 20, 2026 were in Daybreak, West Jordan, Midvale, Layton, the Park City area (Deer Springs, Jordanelle Ridge, Lakeview Estates) and the St. George area (Desert Color and others). The plans. Holmes lists eight: Chesney 2 (3 bed, about 2,320 sq ft), Dillon 2 (3 bed, 1,699 to 3,401), Hannah 2 (4 bed, about 2,520), Hayward (4 bed, 4,707), Karli 2 (3 bed, 3,550), Powell (3 bed, 4,800), Tori 2 (3 bed, about 2,330) and Tristyn 3 (4 bed, about 2,860 to 2,920).
Why it is unusual. Holmes cites the U.S. Census Bureau that about 54% of American Fork's housing was built before 2000. Fifteen new lots near the temple are a small exception in an older city.

- Which of the 15 lots remain and the price of each.
