Century Communities is a national builder that sells homes in Utah County in three cities today, American Fork, Eagle Mountain and Lehi, with a fourth, Payson, coming soon. Its Utah County listings run from three-story townhomes near the American Fork FrontRunner station to large-lot single-family homes in Eagle Mountain.

Who Century Communities is
Century's About Us page calls it "one company" with "two homebuilders": Century Communities, which sells single-family homes, townhomes, condos and paired homes on site or online, and Century Complete, which it describes as an online homebuying pioneer. It says it has built for more than two decades and works in 16 states and more than 45 markets. Its listed affiliates are Inspire Home Loans (mortgages), Parkway Title (title and settlement) and IHL Home Insurance.
Several of its Utah County pages offer a Buy Now button that lets you lock in a specific move-in-ready home online.

Highline at American Fork
Three-story townhomes with two plans: the Keansburg (1,986 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2-car garage) and the Manhattan (2,163 square feet). Move-in-ready homes were listed from $449,990 for a Keansburg due in December; the plan prices were listed from $483,990 (Keansburg) and $498,990 (Manhattan). Century lists a playground, an open turf play area and cornhole, and says the community is within walking distance of transit at the American Fork station.
Schools Century names: Greenwood Elementary, American Fork Junior High and American Fork High. American Fork moves from Alpine School District to the new Aspen Peaks School District on July 1, 2027.
Pinnacles at Eagle Mountain
A planned neighborhood sold in collections from one sales office at 295 Clear Granite Way. Our Pinnacles at Eagle Mountain profile covers the neighborhood itself.
- Reserves: from $499,990 (a move-in-ready Glacier, 3,246 square feet). Plans were listed from $531,990 (Champlain), $541,990 (Glacier) and $563,990 (Raybun).
- Residences: from $509,990. Plans were listed from $481,990 (Jay, 2,673 square feet) to $516,990 (Oriole).
- Estates: from $614,990. Plans were listed from $567,990 (Champlain) and $599,990 (Raybun).
- Townhomes: coming soon, two-story and single-level designs; Century says a clubhouse and pool are planned.
The Residences and Estates pages list plan prices below the headline "starting from" price, so ask which homes and lots are available at the lower figure. The Reserves page lists a park, walking trails, exercise stations, a pickleball court and picnic areas.
Schools Century names: Desert Sky Elementary, Frontier Middle School and Cedar Valley High. Eagle Mountain joins the new Lake Mountain School District on July 1, 2027.
The Estates at Sunset Flats
Six single-family plans at 2141 East Granite Lane in Eagle Mountain, each with what Century calls a standard oversized third-bay garage. Plans were listed from $549,990 (Cumberland, 3,736 square feet) through $564,990 (Biscayne), $579,990 (Carlsbad) and $599,990 (Lassen) to $619,990 (Raybun). Move-in-ready homes ran from $579,990 to $684,990. Century says a future Eagle Mountain city park is planned down the street.
Schools Century names: Mountain Trails Elementary, Frontier Middle School and Cedar Valley High.
Pioneer Meadows, Lehi
One plan, the Huntington (2,450 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths), from $643,990, and the page said only one lot was left. Century describes 2 acres of central park with two playgrounds and pavilions, across the street from the local elementary school. Schools Century names: North Point Elementary, Willowcreek Middle and Lehi High. Lehi joins the new Aspen Peaks School District on July 1, 2027.
The Gallery at Spring Lake, Payson
Listed as coming soon, with single-family homes near State Street and 12000 South, close to Spring Lake. No prices or plans were posted. Payson is in Nebo School District.

- The price of the exact home and lot, in writing, and why plan prices differ from the headline starting price at Pinnacles.
- Whether an incentive requires Inspire Home Loans or Parkway Title, and a loan estimate from your own lender to compare.
- The HOA dues, what they cover and the budget. None of the pages we read listed dues; our HOA guide lists the records you can ask for.
- The school boundary for your address, since the district changes in 2027.
- The warranty document. Compare it with our builder warranties guide.
