Who Richmond American is
Its About page names its parent company as Sekisui House U.S., Inc., and says its affiliated mortgage company, insurance agency and title company share that owner and offer services independently: you are not required to use them. It sells in more than a dozen states; Utah is split into a Salt Lake City region, which covers Utah County, and a St. George region.

Geneva Estates (Provo) offers two-story plans from the Coral ($561,990, about 1,840 sq ft) through the Pearl ($601,990) to the Ammolite ($646,990, about 3,040 sq ft). Richmond American says the neighborhood is close to I-15, the Provo Airport and the new Provo High School.
