South Provo around its own creek, park and elementary school

Spring Creek is a south Provo neighborhood with an unusual amount of its own infrastructure — an elementary school at 1740 South Nevada Avenue, a park carrying the same name, and the creek that gave both their names. It is one of the more affordable and more diverse parts of the city, and one where the food within a short drive is better than the neighborhood's reputation suggests.

Close to the I-15 University Avenue interchange and on the UVX line's southern reach, which makes UVU an easy trip. Downtown Provo is under ten minutes.
