Harbor Park is a small neighborhood park, under two acres, in Lakeview South, the quieter half of west Provo's Lakeview pair, where our neighborhood guide finds larger lots, established homes and farm remnants between the Provo River and Utah Lake. It has one job: a playground for the streets around it, with a pavilion beside it.

What to know before you go
The pavilion can be reserved through the city, but it has no power or lights, and the park has no restrooms and no off-street lot, so a party here is a short one. The nearest restrooms are about 0.6 miles away at Lakeview Park, which also has a soccer field and lighted tennis courts, or at the Lakeshore Bridge Trailhead on the Provo River Trail. Fort Utah Park, about 0.7 miles off, has the west side's ball fields.
Despite the name, the park is well inland; it is not the old Provo Boat Harbor, which became Utah Lake State Park.
