On most summer evenings somewhere in Utah County, a city is putting on a free concert in a park. The series below are free, family-friendly and mostly on lawns, so bring a blanket or low chairs. Here is the circuit, city by city, based on the 2026 season.
The week at a glance
- Sunday: Lehi's Arts in the Park at Margaret Wines Park, and Pleasant Grove's Arts in the Park at Downtown Park.
- Monday: American Fork's Concerts in the Park at the American Fork Amphitheater.
- Wednesday: Orem's Summer Concert Series at City Center Park, alongside the Orem Farmers Market.

Orem: Wednesdays at City Center Park
Orem's Summer Concert Series is free and runs on Wednesday nights at City Center Park, held together with the Orem Farmers Market. Every concert starts at 7 p.m. The Orem Arts Council books the season, and the 2026 series ran from July 1 through September 30, with a lineup that ranged from an America250 concert on opening night to World Folkfest performers, cloggers and bluegrass, and tribute bands. Come early, shop the market, and stay for the music.
American Fork: Mondays at the Amphitheater
The Harrington Center for the Arts hosts free Monday evening concerts at the American Fork Amphitheater. The 2026 season ran from June 22 through August 17, and Utah Valley's tourism office listed The National Parks and The Backseat Lovers among its headliners alongside local favorites. Lehi: Sunday evenings at Wines Park
Lehi's Arts in the Park is a free summer tradition, with concerts on Sunday evenings through June, July and August at Margaret Wines Park. Spread a blanket on the lawn and settle in.
Pleasant Grove: Sunday evenings downtown
Pleasant Grove runs its own Arts in the Park series at Downtown Park, 200 South Main Street, with free Sunday evening concerts at 7:30 p.m. If you are in the north county, it makes Sunday a choice between two towns.
Springville: four Saturday nights at the Arts Park
Springville's Summer Concert Series, sponsored by Central Bank, is four free concerts at the McWane Amphitheater in the Springville Arts Park, 700 South 1300 East. All start at 8 p.m. The 2026 dates were June 13, June 27, July 11 and August 8, featuring local artists and bands. Bring your own blankets or chairs, and pack a picnic or buy from the food trucks.
Payson: a free rock festival in Memorial Park
Payson's Here Comes the Sun Rock Festival fills Payson Memorial Park, 250 South Main Street, for a weekend in late June; in 2026 it was June 26 and 27. It is free, with live rock bands, food trucks, a vendor pavilion, audience games and a kids' zone.
Provo: the Rooftop Concert Series

Tips for the circuit

- Arrive early on nights with a well-known headliner.
- Food: Orem pairs with the farmers market, and Springville and Payson have food trucks.
