Utah Bridal & Wedding Expo, Provo
The closest show for Utah Valley couples, at the Utah Valley Convention Center downtown. The organizer's site gives January 23, 2027, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and says brides, grooms and their guests who pre-register get in free; it does not list a door price for anyone who does not register, so register ahead.

Bridal Faire, Logan
Bridal Faire lists its 2027 show for Saturday, January 30, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Riverwoods Conference Center, with free admission and free parking. This Riverwoods is in Logan, in Cache Valley, not The Riverwoods shopping center in north Provo. It is worth the drive only if you are marrying in northern Utah.
SLC Original Bridal Showcase, Sandy
The largest show on the calendar runs twice in 2027, on Saturdays February 13 and May 1, at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy. The ticket page lists hours of 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., fashion shows at 12:30 and 3 p.m., and adult tickets at $10 with no service fee; children 12 and under are free with a paid adult. Tickets are good for one day, with same-day re-entry by hand stamp, and are non-refundable. The organizer, Greenband Enterprises of Holladay, says tickets will be available around November.
From Provo, Sandy is a straight drive north on I-15.
Which show to go to
- Planning a Utah County wedding: go to Provo on January 23. The vendors are more likely to be local, and it is free with registration.
- Want the most vendors under one roof: the Sandy showcase, on February 13 or May 1.
