Delivery, deposit and payment
Delivery is at the baker's discretion, with approximate fees by city. In Utah County: Highland $10; Alpine and Lehi $15; American Fork and Cedar Hills $16; Pleasant Grove $20; Lindon $23; Vineyard $25; Provo, Orem, Saratoga Springs and Cedar Fort $30; Eagle Mountain, Fairfield, Spanish Fork and Springville $35; Mapleton and Payson $40; Salem $45; Elk Ridge, Santaquin and Woodland Hills $50; Genola $52; Goshen $55.
Deposit: a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract book the date (75% if booking within two weeks). Final payment is due by delivery or pickup, commonly by Venmo.
The law it bakes under
The bakery says it operates under Utah's Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act (H.B. 181), as a home bakery. Ask your venue whether it accepts a cake from a home bakery. At the Utah Valley Convention Center, which requires its own catering, an outside wedding cake is the one exception.
