Concord at Geneva is the southernmost of the three large apartment complexes on Vineyard's Mill Road, and its floor plans are the smallest of the three at every bedroom count. That can be the point: a smaller plan usually means a lower rent for the same number of bedrooms. Its official site publishes the plan sizes and a short amenity list, and very little else, so this profile is as much about what to ask as what is known.
The facts here come from Concord at Geneva's official leasing site, read in October 2026, and from Google's listing for the street address and phone number.
Five Plans
- Avana: one bedroom, one bath, about 713 square feet.
- Albarossa: one bedroom, one bath, about 771 square feet.
- Bellone: two bedrooms, two baths, about 927 square feet.
- Barbaroux: two bedrooms, two baths, 1,003 square feet and up.
- Corvina: three bedrooms, two baths, 1,154 square feet and up.
The site marks the sizes as approximate, and the "and up" on Barbaroux and Corvina means some units of those plans are larger. Both two-bedroom plans have two baths, which makes either workable for roommates. Bellone gives up about 76 square feet to Barbaroux; on a tour, see where that space comes out, since a smaller living room matters more to most people than a smaller closet.
Against Its Neighbors
Mill Road is a useful place to comparison-shop because three complexes sit within about a quarter mile of each other. Here are the sizes each one's official site publishes:
| Bedrooms | Concord at Geneva | The Vine | Mill Point |
|---|---|---|---|
| One | 713 to 771 | 794 to 813 | 784 |
| Two | 927 to 1,003+ | 1,020 to 1,039 | 1,112 |
| Three | 1,154+ | 1,299 to 1,324 | 1,264 |
The gap is largest in the three-bedrooms, where Concord's smallest Corvina is about 145 square feet below The Vine's smallest. For a family, that can be the difference between a dining table and no dining table. For a single renter or a couple, the one-bedroom gap is modest.
Size is only half of the comparison. The Vine publishes a detailed rules page (first-floor-only pets, quarterly cleaning checks, washer and dryer hookups rather than machines), and Mill Point publishes a full fee table. Concord publishes neither, so the fair comparison requires asking Concord for the same information the other two put online.
Amenities
The official site lists three shared amenities: a gym open 24 hours, a hot tub open year-round and a pool open seasonally. Inside the apartments it lists upgraded cabinetry, nine-foot or vaulted ceilings and large windows. Vaulted ceilings are often limited to top-floor units, so ask which floor a vaulted plan is on.
The site does not say whether apartments include a washer and dryer, what parking is assigned or covered, or whether storage is available.
What to Ask, Because the Site Does Not Say
Pets. The site says Concord offers "pet-friendly homes" and stops there. Ask for the limit on number of pets, any weight limit, restricted breeds, the pet deposit, the pet fee and monthly pet rent. Our pet-friendly apartments guide explains how assistance animals are handled separately from pets.
Monthly charges beyond rent. Ask for every recurring fee by name: utilities and how they are split, any media or technology package, trash service, parking and any insurance requirement or waiver. Our renters insurance guide explains why a damage waiver is not a policy.
Deposits. The plan listings show security deposits that rise with bedroom count. Ask whether the deposit changes with credit and what is refundable. Utah renters' rights covers the timeline for returning a deposit.
Washer, dryer and parking. Ask whether machines are in the unit, and how many parking spaces come with each plan.
Management. The leasing site does not name a manager. Its address uses a "foursite" subdomain of the Entrata leasing platform, which points to Foursite, but get the manager's name on paper before you sign.
We do not publish rents. The site lists rent as "call for pricing."
