The Venue at The Ranches is an event center at The Ranches golf course in Eagle Mountain, completed in December 2023, with a banquet hall, a dining hall and a courtyard that can be rented separately or together. Its published rate card prices each space separately, so a small wedding can rent one room and a large one the whole building. Weekday is Monday to Thursday; weekend is Friday and Saturday. Extended hours are $200 each.
Capacity, by the venue's two pages: the pricing page lists the banquet hall at 200 seated and 400 flowing and the courtyard at 80 seated and 350 flowing; the spaces page lists them at 180 and 350, and 80 and 200. The dining hall is 60 seated and 150 flowing on both. Get your number in writing.
Included, and the add-ons
Included with every space: a bridal suite, sound system, wireless microphone, banquet or round tables, white padded chairs, and the first 20 floor-length linens.
Add-ons: groom's room $200; entertainment room (TV, Nintendo Switch, ping pong) $300; dance floor $400; kitchen access $500; alcohol admittance $500; extra linens $16 each; yard games $150; decoration package $350; soda bar from $500.
A courtyard ceremony plus a banquet-hall reception on a weekend full day comes to $3,300 before add-ons; the dance floor and kitchen access would add $900.
The process
Pay 50% at booking, hold a 30-minute layout and linens meeting, and pay the balance 14 days out. Setup and takedown are included, the venue says.
