Rentals are the cost of a reception that is not in a reception center: a backyard, a church cultural hall, a park pavilion, a barn. Even at a venue, the dance floor, the lighting and anything beyond the house chairs are often rented. Utah County rental companies publish more prices than most wedding vendors, item by item. We read their lists on October 20, 2026. Every figure below is the company's own, as published that day, before delivery and tax.

Utah Valley Event Rentals in Saratoga Springs and Firefly Event Rentals in American Fork carry the same kinds of items but quote them on request. Firefly's terms say its prices cover the first 24 hours and each extra day adds 50% of the item price.

Party All Day's delivery policy says tents and dance floors include setup and takedown in the quoted price. Utah Valley Event Rentals sells tent packages sized for 40, 60, 80, 110, 160 and 240 guests, quoted on request. The prices assume a typical indoor or hard-surface setup and exclude delivery. On grass the area must be flat, and subflooring costs extra. Panels are 3 feet square, so other rectangles can be built.
Lights and decor
- Uplights: $25 at Party All Day Rentals.
- Bistro light poles, for places with nothing to hang lights from: $25 each at Utah Valley Event Rentals, which quotes the lights themselves on request.
- Decor packages: Arbor Meadows in Lehi advertises packages from $400, from an inventory of more than 5,000 items, with delivery, setup and pickup handled by the company. Its site advertises booking a 2027 event by December 31, 2026 at this year's prices.
- Small decor, pick-up only: All About You Rentals in Highland has a $25 minimum order and does not deliver; prices are subject to sales tax.
Delivery, setup and deposits
Party All Day Rentals requires a $100 rental subtotal for delivery, prices delivery by distance from Cedar Hills in its reservation form, and charges about $1 per item to set up and take down tables and chairs. It takes a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due seven days before the event, and allows pickup from its Cedar Hills location for many items.
