The Lehi tech corridor is not one place. It is a strip of office campuses along I-15 from the Point of the Mountain south to American Fork, and whether a job there means a pleasant train ride or a daily freeway grind depends on which parking lot you end up in. This guide maps the offices we could verify, measures each against the nearest FrontRunner station, and sets out what The Point in Draper is and is not yet.
If you want the story of how the corridor came to exist, read Silicon Slopes, explained. If you are choosing a city to live in, read where to live if you work in Lehi or where to live if you work at The Point. This page is about the commute itself.
How we built the map. Addresses come from Google's business listings, checked in October 2026. Distances are straight-line ("as the crow flies") from the office's listed coordinates to the station, rounded to a tenth of a mile; walking or driving distance will be longer. We included only offices whose locations we could confirm. Many more companies are in the corridor than are listed here.
The FrontRunner spine
UTA's FrontRunner schedule, effective August 2026, serves these Utah County stations: Provo Central, Orem Central, Vineyard, American Fork, Lehi and, just over the county line, Draper. It lists no service on Sunday.
- Lehi Station: 3101 North Ashton Boulevard, Lehi. A park-and-ride with an underground passage to the platform, per rider reviews on Google. This is the corridor's station.
- American Fork Station: 6786 West 7750 North (the Google listing shows a Lehi mailing city). Riders on Google repeatedly note it has no bus connections and poor walking access.
- Draper Station: the stop for southern Salt Lake County offices.
From Provo, the useful fact is that Provo Central to Lehi Station is about 18.6 miles in a straight line. Driving the same trip means I-15 through Orem, American Fork and the Lehi interchanges, the stretch our FrontRunner commuting guide and tech jobs guide describe as the corridor's variable.
Cluster 1: around Lehi Station (within about a mile)
| Employer | Listed address | To Lehi Station |
|---|---|---|
| Adobe | 3900 Adobe Way, Lehi | 0.7 mi |
| Oracle | 3450 Triumph Blvd, Ste 300, Lehi | 0.9 mi |
| Entrata | 4205 Chapel Ridge Rd, Lehi | 1.0 mi |
| Podium | 1650 Digital Dr, Lehi | 1.1 mi |
These four are the corridor's train-friendly offices. A mile is walkable in good weather and a short bike ride; in January, plan for snow and wind. Coworking spaces in the same cluster, useful for hybrid workers whose employer is elsewhere, include Spaces at 3300 Triumph Boulevard, WeWork at 1633 West Innovation Way and Kiln at 2701 North Thanksgiving Way, all within about a mile of the station.
Cluster 2: Thanksgiving Point and the east side of I-15 (1 to 2 miles)
| Employer | Listed address | To Lehi Station |
|---|---|---|
| Weave | 1331 W Powell Way, Lehi | 1.5 mi |
East of the freeway, around Thanksgiving Point and the Traverse Mountain hillside, distances to the station grow, the freeway crossings add time on foot, and most people drive. Holy Cross Hospital–Mountain Point, at 3000 North Triumph Boulevard, is also on this side; see our Mountain Point hospital guide.
Cluster 3: the fab and the outliers (3 miles and more)
| Employer | Listed address | Nearest station |
|---|---|---|
| Texas Instruments (LFAB) | 4000 N Flash Dr, Lehi | Lehi, 3.4 mi |
| HealthEquity | 121 W Scenic Pointe Dr, Draper | Draper, 2.5 mi |
| Domo | 802 E 1050 S, American Fork | American Fork, 2.6 mi |
Texas Instruments' LFAB is a semiconductor fabrication plant; ask about shift schedules before you plan a commute around office hours. Our story on the Lehi chip fab covers its history.
Domo sits on the American Fork end of the corridor, closer to Orem Central (about 5.8 miles) than to Lehi Station (7.9). From Provo or Orem it is one of the shorter corridor drives.
HealthEquity is across the county line in Draper, near the Point of the Mountain.
The Point: a real place, mostly not open yet
"The Point" is the redevelopment of the 600-acre former Utah State Prison site in Draper. KSL reported on June 29, 2026 that developers broke ground on the first phase, a 104-acre downtown district that includes:
- Mountain America Events Center, a 5,200-seat venue for concerts, sports and community events.
- Chroma, a 363-unit apartment complex with 42,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
- The Promenade, a 2,000-foot walkable street.
- Convergence Hall, set to break ground in December 2026 and open in 2029 as the permanent home of Utah's Nucleus Institute, which aims to connect higher education, industry and government.
The Point's fact sheet expects the first buildings, public spaces and district anchors to start opening in 2028, KSL reported. The University of Utah's 46-acre, 200,000-square-foot medical campus is planned for the second phase. The Point's executive director, Mike Ambre, told KSL the first phase was expected to take 12 to 15 years but may be closer to 10.
What that means if you are job hunting: jobs "at The Point" in 2026 and 2027 are mostly construction, engineering, planning and development roles. Office and retail employment arrives building by building after 2028. Our explainer on what is being built goes deeper.
Three ways to make the commute work from Provo or Orem
- Train plus a short last mile. Works best for the cluster 1 offices. Ask whether the employer runs a shuttle from Lehi Station or subsidizes a UTA pass before you count on it.
- Vanpool or carpool. UTA's vanpool program and park-and-ride lots are covered in our vanpool and carpool guide.
- Hybrid days. If the job is hybrid, ask which days the team comes in. On remote days, see remote work in Utah Valley for coworking and the tax rules.
Before you accept an offer
- Drive or ride it at the real hour, both directions, on a weekday.
- Find the office on a map, not the company name. Several corridor companies have more than one building, and Google sometimes lists a company at an address that differs from its well-known headquarters. Confirm the building you will report to.
- Sunday: FrontRunner does not run. If a role may need you on Sunday, plan to drive.
- Weigh the corridor against Provo. The largest employers in Utah County are not tech companies: DWS's 2024 list ranks Intermountain Health first and BYU fifth statewide, with Alpine School District and UVU in the top 20. See the biggest employers in Utah Valley.
