What to ask before you sign

  1. The exact price of the home and lot, in writing, since collection prices are starting points.
  2. Whether a plan is a "future release," and when it will be built.
  3. Whether an offer requires Lennar Mortgage, the lender its pages promote, and the full loan estimate either way. Lennar's site was advertising limited-time deals on October 20, 2026.
  4. The warranty document. Compare it against our builder warranties guide.
  5. HOA dues in the master-planned communities and what they cover.
