Castle Park, Lindon: Published Packages From $2,045, Decor and a Planner Included, Any Caterer With No Fee

Castle Park in Lindon publishes its venue-and-decor package: $2,045 to $3,595 for six hours, a planner and decor included, outside caterers with no fee, and 230-plus parking spaces.

Castle Park is a Lindon venue on Main Street with ballrooms, a gazebo and the castle building it takes its name from. It sells packages rather than an empty room: the published price includes decor in your colors and a wedding planner, and couples can bring any caterer, florist or baker with no added fee. That combination makes it one of the most budget-friendly full-service options in north Utah County.

All details below are from Castle Park's own pricing and FAQ pages, checked November 1, 2026.

Deposit and payment: a 50% deposit of the room rate with a signed contract holds the date, and the balance is due at least one month before the event. Day-of add-ons are paid that night.

What the package includes

The rules that shape the day

Outside vendors are free. Castle Park says there are no restrictions and no extra fees for outside caterers, florists or bakers, or for self-serving food.

Warming kitchen only. Food must be prepared before it arrives. Caterers must leave the kitchen clean, take their trash and bus tables.

Alcohol through the venue. Any type of alcohol is allowed, added as a bar service package. Outside bartenders are not.

The schedule is strict. Rented items are set up before your start time, and staff expect you to keep to the contracted hours unless you buy more. Early vendor access counts as extra time. A cake can be dropped off a few hours early if the handoff takes under 15 minutes.

Weather moves you inside. A ceremony booked at the Castle or the Gazebo moves indoors in bad weather, and rentals are not delayed or refunded for weather.

Chairs stay put. Chairs cannot be moved between the lower and upper ballrooms.

Late nights cost extra. A rental can run until 2 a.m. at an added charge; later needs management approval.

What the site does not say

Castle Park's pages do not publish a guest capacity for its rooms. Ask for the number for the room you want, seated and standing, before comparing it with other venues.

On a temple day

The Lindon Utah Temple is about 4 minutes away and Mount Timpanogos about 11, by OpenStreetMap routing without traffic. With the package starting at 4 or 5 p.m., a morning or midday sealing leaves time for photos and a luncheon elsewhere before the reception.

Touring

Book a free tour through the venue's site; the office is closed Thursdays and Sundays. Ask for the full price sheet, the capacity of each room, the cost of extra hours and the ceremony packages.

Our reception venue prices guide puts Castle Park beside other venues that publish rates, and reception centers city by city lists the rest of Lindon and Pleasant Grove. Nearby, The Wild Oak, Orion Event Venue and Wadley Farms also publish their rates. Sign every term in writing; our vendor contracts guide explains what to check.
