Greenhollow Catering is a family catering company in Orem that publishes its wedding menus, from a light reception package of savory bites and dessert to a full hot dinner. Most savory items, from sandwiches and sliders to salads, platters, bites, dips and skewers, are covered by the package price. Upgrades are listed per guest: beef or chicken-tender sliders +$2, wings +$4, jarcuterie +$4, a Mediterranean platter +$1.50, shrimp ceviche +$2, a grilled cheese and tomato bisque station +$5, a nacho station +$7 and a street taco station +$8 (carne asada +$2 more). An extra slider choice is $1, cheesecake with berry sauce +$1 and an additional dessert $3.25.
Wings are limited to one flavor per 50 guests, up to four per guest, and dessert bars and minis to two choices.
Dinner menu
Every entrée comes with the house chopped salad and dressing, two side dishes, rolls with butter, cranberry lemonade and water.

A second entrée adds $3.95 to the higher-priced item. Greenhollow also publishes lunch buffet (from $14.50), barbecue (from $15.25) and plated-meal menus.
The fees
- 25% service charge on all catered events, covering staff travel, setup, event service and takedown. No separate delivery or staffing fee is listed.
- Utah prepared-food sales tax.
- Guest count: you pay for the number booked or the number who attend, whichever is greater.
- China by custom quote; disposable tan plates with black or clear plasticware are included.
