How to read the finder
- Prices are each venue's own published room rates, the same figures as our reception venue prices guide. "Saturday" is the Saturday rate for the block shown in the venue's note, and "weekday" the Monday-to-Wednesday rate. They cover the room, not the food. Venues that price by the guest or only by quote show "Price on request"; the budget filter leaves them out.
- Guests is the largest number the venue publishes, usually a standing or come-and-go reception; the seated figure is shown where the venue gives one. Venues that don't publish a capacity drop out when you pick a size, so ask them directly.
- Catering: "Your own caterer" means the venue's pages allow outside caterers or your own food. "Venue's catering" means food comes from the venue. "Ask" means the pages we read don't say.
- Alcohol: "Allowed" usually comes with a fee and a required licensed bartender; each profile has the terms. "Ask" means the pages don't say.
- Temple times are uncongested drive times to the nearest operating Utah County temple by OpenStreetMap routing. Walking times from the Provo City Center Temple come from OpenStreetMap walking routes.
- Venue facts were last checked on November 2, 2026. Rates change; confirm with the venue and get every term in writing.
