Utah Celebrations is a Springville caterer and event company that publishes three wedding menus with per-guest prices: hot dinner packages, hors d'oeuvre packages for an open-house reception, and dessert packages and stations. It also rents event equipment from the same showroom.

Hors d'oeuvres
Mix-and-match packages: Basic, 3 items, $14; Platinum, 4 items, $18; Extreme, 5 items, $22; Chefs, 6 items, $26; Dinner, 8 items, $33; Ultimate, 10 items, $40. A la carte items are $5 a guest each.
Fixed specials (100-person minimum): Celebration $15, Cocktail Hour $16, The Little Luau $18, Brunch $18, Signature $18 and Vegetarian $20.
Fried items cooked on site add $150 for the fryer rental, need an electric oil fryer on site and the venue's permission.
