Thanksgiving Point in Lehi is a nonprofit campus of gardens, museums and a golf course, and it hosts weddings across the campus: outdoor garden settings, indoor halls, an in-house culinary team, florists and planners. Unlike most halls, it publishes its catering menu with prices. All details are from Thanksgiving Point's own weddings pages and its 2026 Reception Menu, read on October 20, 2026.
The venues
From its weddings page:
| Setting | Campus | Indoor or outdoor |
|---|---|---|
| The Loggia | Water Tower Campus | Outdoor |
| Hidden Falls | Water Tower Campus | Outdoor |
| Rose Arbor | Water Tower Campus | Outdoor |
| Velvet Room | Water Tower Campus | Indoor |
| Garden Room | Gardens Campus | Indoor |
| Ashton Gardens Visitor Center | Gardens Campus | Indoor |
| Great Room | Thanksgiving Point Golf Course | Indoor |
Its private-events page also lists the Rose Room, the Show Barn and Electric Park on the Water Tower Campus, the Amber Room at the Museum of Ancient Life, and an outdoor amphitheater by the Ashton Gardens waterfall. Capacities and rental fees were not in the page text; ask the coordinators for both. All locations are handicap accessible, it says. For the gardens themselves, see our Ashton Gardens guide.
All-inclusive packages
Thanksgiving Point offers all-inclusive packages at every venue: on-site catering and cleanup, linens, sound systems, serving tables and cake cutting, with planners, florists and decor specialists available. It describes both full planning help and day-of services.
The 2026 reception menu
Per guest, 50-guest minimum, with water and one beverage (lemonade, strawberry lemonade, sparkling apple or sparkling cranberry):
| Buffet | Per guest |
|---|---|
| Pastry buffet (five pastries) | $12 |
| Garden buffet (mini sandwich, tray, salad, three pastries) | $16 |
| Slider bar | $20 |
| Mac and cheese bar | $20 |
| Street tacos | $24 |
| Carving board buffet (chef-attended) | $25 |
Add: a 20.5% service charge and sales tax on all catering. A specialty beverage bar is $3 a guest more. Carving stations need one chef per 75 guests ($150 for the first, $75 for each additional); beef tenderloin is $9 more a guest. Stations run $14 a guest (fries at outdoor venues, or an ice cream brownie sundae), each with a $100 attendant fee per 100 guests. Specialty trays start at $210 for a crudité tray (50-guest minimum); artisan displays are priced per 100 guests, from $600 for a crudité display to $1,000 for a 300-shrimp display.
Worked example: 200 guests on the $16 garden buffet is $3,200 before the 20.5% service charge ($656), or $3,856 before sales tax. Venue fees are separate.
On a temple day
Thanksgiving Point sits in north Lehi off I-15, which makes it a natural fit after a sealing at the Mount Timpanogos temple or the Saratoga Springs temple. Compare catering costs with other caterers in our wedding catering prices guide and venues in our reception venue prices guide.
