Which Urgent Care? Every Walk-In Clinic and Freestanding ER in Utah Valley, by Town, With Listed Hours

Every urgent care in Utah Valley by town: InstaCare, Revere, CareNow, Premier and Medallus, with listed hours, Sunday options and the freestanding ERs.

Utah Valley has about twenty walk-in urgent cares and two freestanding ERs, run by a handful of networks with very different hours. This is the map of them, town by town, with the hours each clinic listed in October 2026. If you are still deciding whether the problem belongs at an urgent care at all, read our urgent care or the ER guide first; this page assumes you have decided and want the nearest open door.

This is not medical advice. Call 911 for any emergency. If you are unsure, Intermountain's own rule is simple: go to the closest emergency department any time you are deeply concerned about your health.

About the hours below. They come from Google's business listings, checked in October 2026, cross-checked against each network's own location pages where those pages showed hours. Holiday and seasonal hours differ. Open the clinic's page or call before driving, especially on Sundays.

The networks, in one paragraph each

Intermountain Health InstaCare. Intermountain's urgent care clinics. Intermountain says most are open seven days a week with extended hours, take walk-ins, and have lab and X-ray. If you are already an Intermountain patient, your records are there.

Revere Health Urgent Care. Revere's urgent care page lists clinics from Farr West to St. George. The page says its clinics are walk-in, open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at most locations, and staffed by physicians and physician assistants; Sunday hours differ at Eagle Mountain.

CareNow. MountainStar Healthcare's urgent care brand (MountainStar is HCA's Utah division, which owns Timpanogos Regional Hospital). MountainStar says CareNow clinics accept walk-ins, offer online Web Check-In, and have X-ray, lab services and providers who can do minor procedures like stitches.

Independent clinics. Premier Family Medical and Urgent Care has several north-county locations, Medallus has an American Fork clinic, and Blue Rock Urgent Care is in north Provo.

Provo

Clinic Address Network Hours listed
Utah Valley Clinic InstaCare 395 W Cougar Blvd, 2nd floor Intermountain 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily

Blue Rock Urgent Care 3152 N University Ave, Ste 120 Independent Tue to Sat 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; closed Sun and Mon

The Utah Valley Clinic InstaCare, on Cougar Boulevard, showed the longest hours of any urgent care in the county. Revere's Provo clinic is on 500 West, across the street from Utah Valley Hospital. For students, Revere and Intermountain are both a short drive from campus; see student health and wellness for the campus health center.

Orem and Vineyard

Clinic Address Network Hours listed
CareNow Urgent Care, Orem 117 N State St MountainStar Mon to Fri 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sat 8 to 6; Sun 8 to 5

Orem's only urgent care in our search was CareNow on State Street. Revere's Vineyard Family Medicine and Urgent Care at 307 North Geneva Road was listed as coming soon in October 2026. Orem has two hospital ERs, Orem Community Hospital and Timpanogos Regional; see our guides to Orem Community Hospital and Timpanogos Regional.

American Fork, Pleasant Grove and Lindon

Clinic Address Network Hours listed
American Fork Specialty Clinic InstaCare 98 N 1100 E, Ste 101 Intermountain 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily
CareNow Urgent Care, American Fork 368 Meadow Ln, Ste C-6 MountainStar Mon to Sat 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sun closed

Premier Family Medical and Urgent Care, Pleasant Grove 830 N 2000 W Independent Mon to Fri 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat 9 to 9; Sun 9 to 1

A conflict to know about. A MountainStar news release says all of its Utah CareNow clinics, American Fork included, are open seven days a week. Google's listing for CareNow American Fork in October 2026 showed it closed on Sunday and closing at 5 p.m. Call before relying on it on a weekend.

The American Fork InstaCare is beside American Fork Hospital, whose ER is on the west side of the building.

Lehi

Clinic Address Network Hours listed
Lehi Clinic InstaCare 3249 N 1200 W, Ste A Intermountain 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily
Revere Health, Lehi Willowcreek 2183 W Main St, A107 Revere 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
Premier Family Medical and Urgent Care, Lehi Main Street 680 E Main St Independent Mon to Fri 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat 9 to 6; Sun closed

Revere lists the Willowcreek location as an urgent care on its urgent care page; Google lists the same address as Revere Family Medicine with the same daily hours.

Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain

Clinic Address Network Hours listed
Saratoga Springs InstaCare 354 Crossroads Blvd Intermountain 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily

Premier, Eagle Mountain Ranches 3943 E Pony Express Pkwy, #120 Independent Mon to Fri 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat 9 to 6; Sun closed

The west side has two 24-hour freestanding ERs, covered below. Its nearest full hospitals are in Lehi and American Fork.

Spanish Fork, Salem, Springville and Payson

Clinic Address Network Hours listed
Spanish Fork Clinic InstaCare 819 E Market Place Dr Intermountain 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily
Revere Health Urgent Care, Spanish Fork 972 N 600 E Revere 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
Revere Health Urgent Care, Salem 555 W State Road 164 Revere 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily

The Spanish Fork InstaCare shares a campus with Spanish Fork Hospital, whose emergency entrance is on the west side. We did not find a clinic branded as urgent care in Springville or Payson in our October 2026 search; residents there typically use the Spanish Fork and Salem clinics, Provo, or the ERs at Spanish Fork Hospital and MountainStar's Mountain View Hospital in Payson (1000 East 100 North).

Freestanding ERs: open 24 hours, priced like an ER

Two emergency departments in the county are not inside a hospital:

These are the right choice for a real emergency at 2 a.m. in the west valley. They are the wrong choice for a sore throat on a Saturday afternoon, because they are emergency rooms and are generally billed as emergency rooms.

Children

In our October 2026 search, Intermountain's KidsCare pediatric walk-in clinics were all in Salt Lake County (Southridge in Riverton, Alta View in Sandy, and Cottonwood in Murray), mostly with evening and weekend hours. Utah County's dedicated pediatric emergency options are Primary Children's Hospital's Lehi campus (2250 North Miller Campus Drive, 24-hour emergency department) and Timpanogos Regional's pediatric ER in Orem. Every urgent care above treats children, too. For finding a regular children's doctor, see finding a pediatrician in Utah Valley.

What urgent care is for, and what it is not

From Intermountain's own two lists:

Urgent care: mild allergic reactions, asthma flare-ups, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea or dehydration, nosebleeds and sinus problems, earaches, colds and flu, pink eye and eye injuries, sore throats and strep tests, foreign body removal, broken bones and sprains, animal bites, burns and cuts, cuts needing stitches, sports injuries, skin rashes and insect bites, and urinary tract or kidney infections.

Emergency department or 911: chest pain or pressure, serious broken bones or trauma, difficulty breathing, bleeding that will not stop, vomiting or diarrhea that will not stop, thoughts of harming yourself or others, sudden or severe pain, a head injury with loss of consciousness or vomiting, deep cuts or wounds, and any time you are deeply concerned about your health.

If thoughts of self-harm are part of the picture, our mental health crisis resources page lists the 988 line and local crisis services.

Free nurse lines. MountainStar lists a free nurse consultation line at 844-706-8773 on its hospital pages. Intermountain says its Intermountain Health Answers nurse line, which helps decide where to get care, is free to Select Health members.

Money, briefly

Revere's urgent care page says its urgent care copays are the same as a primary care visit. Intermountain says urgent care is typically less expensive than an emergency room. Beyond that, cost depends on your plan; check the network on your insurance card, since Intermountain, MountainStar and Revere clinics may be in different tiers. Uninsured patients have options listed in free and low-cost clinics in Utah County, and federal rules require a good faith estimate if you schedule care in advance or ask for one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which urgent care in Utah Valley is open latest?
In Google's listings checked in October 2026, Intermountain's Utah Valley Clinic InstaCare at 395 West Cougar Boulevard in Provo showed the longest hours, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. Several Premier Family Medical and Urgent Care clinics listed 9 p.m. closings on weekdays. Hours change, so confirm on the clinic's own page before you drive.
Which urgent cares are open on Sunday in Utah County?
As listed in October 2026: Intermountain's InstaCares in Provo, American Fork, Lehi, Saratoga Springs and Spanish Fork; Revere Health's urgent cares in Provo, Lehi Willowcreek, Salem and Spanish Fork; CareNow in Orem (shorter Sunday hours); Medallus in American Fork; and Premier's Pleasant Grove and American Fork clinics (Sunday mornings only). Revere's Eagle Mountain clinic and CareNow American Fork showed Sunday closed.
What can urgent care treat?
Intermountain's list for its InstaCare clinics includes mild allergic reactions, asthma flare-ups, nausea and vomiting, ear infections, colds and flu, pink eye, strep tests, broken bones and sprains, cuts needing stitches, animal bites, burns, rashes, infected wounds, foreign body removal and urinary tract infections. Intermountain says its InstaCares have lab and X-ray capability.
When should I go to the ER instead?
Intermountain's guidance is to go to the closest emergency department or call 911 for chest pain or pressure, trouble breathing, serious broken bones or trauma, bleeding that will not stop, vomiting or diarrhea that will not stop, sudden or severe pain, a head injury with loss of consciousness or vomiting, deep cuts, thoughts of harming yourself or others, and any time you are deeply concerned about your health.
Is a freestanding ER the same as urgent care?
No. Westlake Emergency Center in Lehi and Intermountain's Saratoga Springs Emergency Services are emergency departments that happen not to be inside a hospital. They are open 24 hours and are set up and billed as emergency rooms, which generally costs far more than an urgent care visit.
Is there a pediatric urgent care in Utah County?
Intermountain's KidsCare pediatric walk-in clinics that appeared in our October 2026 search were in Salt Lake County (Riverton, Sandy and Murray), not Utah County. In Utah County, the Primary Children's Hospital campus in Lehi has a 24-hour children's emergency department, and the general urgent cares treat children too.
Do I need an appointment for urgent care?
No. Intermountain and Revere both describe their urgent cares as walk-in clinics with no appointment needed, and MountainStar says its CareNow clinics accept walk-ins and offer online Web Check-In to hold a place in line.
Is Revere Health's Vineyard urgent care open?
Not yet, as of October 2026. Revere's page for Vineyard Family Medicine and Urgent Care, at 307 North Geneva Road, says Revere will soon offer family medicine, obstetrics and urgent care there.
