What Wedding Invitations and Announcements Cost in Utah Valley: Local Printers' Price Lists by Quantity, Plus Postage (2026)

Published prices from Lindon and Mapleton wedding printers: 100 announcements for $160 to $220, 300 for about $320, plus addressing, rush fees and postage.

Utah Valley couples mail a lot of paper. The local habit is the announcement: a photo card sent to a long list of family, ward members and friends, many of whom are invited to the open-house reception rather than the sealing. Long lists make the per-piece price matter, and two local printers publish theirs by quantity. We read their price lists, and the U.S. Postal Service's, on October 20, 2026. Every figure below is the business's own, as published that day.

For what goes in a stationery order, paper weight and the proofing rules that prevent a reprint, read our wedding invitations and stationery guide. This page is the price list.

300 $320

1,000 $480 $605 $650

MCC Wedding Invitations is in Mapleton; its base prices include design, printing, matching white envelopes and up to 250 insert cards in up to three designs, and the page says the prices are current as of October 2026. Utah Announcements is in Lindon; its prices are full color, two-sided, with white peel-and-seal envelopes free. Its page also says "starting at $210" for 5x7 invitations while its table starts at $200 for 50; ask which applies.

The per-card cost falls fast with quantity: at MCC a double-sided card is $2.20 each at 100 and $0.76 each at 500. If the list is near a price break, ordering up to it can cost very little more.

Print-Mark in Provo prints wedding invitations too, with foil and letterpress by quote and same-day or next-day rush on most products. Its online calculator showed a default configuration at $256.75, without stating the quantity, so it is not in the table.

Postage

Postage is the line couples forget, and on a long list it can rival the printing.

Piece USPS price, October 20, 2026
1-ounce stamped letter $0.82
Each additional ounce $0.29
Nonmachinable surcharge $0.49
Postcard $0.65

A standard 5x7 card in a rectangular envelope mails as a 1-ounce letter. A square envelope, a wax seal or a stiff, lumpy piece can make it nonmachinable and add $0.49. Weigh one finished envelope at the post office before you buy stamps for all of them. Our invitations guide explains the USPS rule.

Prices exclude sales tax, which Utah Announcements says applies to orders shipped to Utah addresses.

Timing

Our invitations guide gives the widely used guidance of mailing invitations six to eight weeks before the wedding, and an announcement with a photo needs that photo first, usually from an engagement session. Our wedding timeline puts the order date in sequence, and our photography prices guide covers the engagement session. For the rest of the budget, see the Utah Valley wedding budget guide.

How we gathered these prices

These prices also feed our Utah County Wedding Cost Study, which reports the median published price in each category. We read each printer's own price list, and the USPS Notice 123 price list, on October 20, 2026, and copied the published figures. We did not request quotes or estimate unpublished prices. A printer appears because its prices are public, not because we rank it. If you are a Utah Valley printer with published prices, or a price has changed, email contact@provo.com.
