Seating and spaces

The reception hall holds 11 tables with 75 chairs, the upstairs room 10 tables with 40 chairs, and the outdoor area 9 tables with 50 chairs in season (outdoor furniture is stored in winter). Every booking includes the dining hall, the gazebo, the sound system, Wi-Fi and an event coordinator. Linens are ivory.

The rules that shape the day

Professional caterers only. Brought-in food must come from an established, professional caterer, and cakes from a professional baker, under a policy you sign. Your caterer or your party brings plates, cups, utensils, napkins, a water dispenser, ice and bottled water. Freezer space is limited and there is no ice maker. Nothing can be dropped off the day or week before, and the caterer completes a kitchen checklist before leaving.

Beer and wine only, with a $600 alcohol privilege fee and a licensed, insured bartender who, with you, supplies the alcohol, cups, ice and coolers.

Music off by 10 p.m. under city ordinance, the venue says. Closed on Sundays.

Send-offs: no sparklers, fireworks, floating lanterns or confetti. The venue suggests bubbles, bird seed, glow sticks or ribbon wands, and prefers real flower petals, which you clean up.

Furniture moves only with management approval and by staff, sometimes for a fee.
