The Lodge at Traverse Mountain is a reception space on the Lehi bench, behind the outlet mall at Traverse Mountain, that publishes four simple packages and includes an event manager. It is built for the Utah Valley open-house reception: about 100 seated for dinner, but up to 300 guests coming and going over an evening. It allows no alcohol and welcomes any caterer.
All details below are from the Lodge's own website, checked November 1, 2026.

Save $250 on any package by handling your own setup and takedown. A decor rental is $350 for unlimited items, or items can be bought à la carte; extra linens cost more. On weekdays, events can start after 5:30 p.m., and weekday business hours can't be booked. Setup the evening before is allowed unless another event is booked that night.
The Saturday package runs from 9 a.m., which covers a morning sealing, a luncheon and an evening reception in one booking.
What the package includes
- Tables, chairs and linens. The FAQ lists 100 white chairs and 12 round tables; the inclusions list says up to 120 padded chairs and 14 rounds. Confirm the count for your date. Twenty table linens are included.
- An event manager for planning and day-of coordination, at no charge.
- A warming kitchen and a caterer's area with a serving window.
The rules that shape the day
No alcohol or smoking anywhere on the premises.
Outside caterers welcome. The venue keeps a preferred vendor list but doesn't require it.
Deposit terms in writing. A $500 deposit reserves the date, first come, first served. The FAQ calls it refundable unless the event is canceled, while the cancellation policy calls it non-refundable. Date changes must be requested in writing: if your original date is rebooked, you get the deposit back minus a $100 fee; if not, you forfeit the $500. Cancellations must also be in writing.
Touring
Tours are by appointment on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings; call (385) 234-1406. The site links a floor plan and a video tour. Ask which chair and table count applies, how parking works for a 300-guest reception, and which deposit terms will be in your contract.
Our reception venue prices guide puts the Lodge beside other venues that publish rates, and reception centers city by city lists the rest of Lehi and American Fork. In Lehi, The Rooftop, Thanksgiving Point and The Oz Wedding & Event Center are profiled too. Sign every term in writing; our vendor contracts guide explains what to check.
