River Bridge Event Center is a reception venue on Spanish Fork's south side, beside the Spanish Fork River Trail, with an indoor hall, a covered pavilion, a lawn and mountain views. It is about 13 minutes from the Payson Utah Temple, which makes it one of the closer large venues for south-county sealings. It publishes a detailed amenities list but keeps its prices on downloadable sheets, and does not state a total capacity in its page text.
All details are from the venue's own website, checked in October 2026.
The basics
- Address: 1225 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, UT 84660
- Phone: 801-663-1134 · Email: info@riverbridgeeventcenter.com
- Experience: its About page lists 540 weddings completed and more than five years in business
- From the Payson temple: about 8.7 miles, around 13 minutes (uncongested OpenStreetMap routing)
What the rental includes
The amenities page splits the list in two. Indoors:
- 12 farmhouse tables, 18 eight-foot banquet tables, 18 sixty-inch rounds, 2 bistro tables
- Runners and linens (12 runners plus 8 full-length linens for a full-day rental; 12 runners for a half day)
- 2 TVs, 2 wireless microphones, a Bluetooth sound system
- Access to the decor closet, one backdrop option
- Setup of tables, chairs and linens, two indoor seating layouts, cleanup at the end of the evening
- Bridal suite and groom's lounge, a family and vendor room, 4 bathrooms
- Heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an on-site event manager and hostess
Outdoors:
- 200 outdoor chairs and outdoor ceremony locations
- A covered patio and a covered, lit pavilion
- A gas firepit, yard games, bistro lighting, a water feature and a landscaped lawn
- A spacious parking lot, exterior building lighting and a customizable marquee sign
- Partnerships with local hotels
The site describes the venue as ready to host "everything from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations," with optional add-on packages for couples who want more help.
What it does not publish
- A total capacity. The 200 outdoor chairs give a sense of ceremony size; ask for seated and open-house figures for the hall.
- Prices in the page text. The pricing page links 2026 and 2027 price sheets and add-on packages, and says a tour is how to "receive personalized pricing details."
Ask both on the first call. For an open-house reception, the open-flow number matters most.
On a temple day
River Bridge pairs most naturally with a Payson temple sealing: sealing in the morning, a luncheon in Payson or Spanish Fork, the reception here in the evening. From the Provo City Center Temple the drive is about 10 miles and 18 minutes without traffic, by OpenStreetMap routing. For family staying the weekend, the venue mentions hotel partnerships; our living in Spanish Fork guide describes the town, and our best restaurants in Spanish Fork list covers luncheon options nearby.
A ring ceremony can use the pavilion or the hall; ask how the room is reset between the ceremony and the reception.
