What every reception includes

The included 100 chairs and 10 rounds seat roughly 100 for dinner; the site does not publish a total capacity, so for an open-house reception with a long line, ask how many guests the house and gardens handle at once.

The rules that shape the day

No alcohol anywhere on site.

No cooking. The serving kitchen has a refrigerator, a freezer and a microwave, and no oven. Your caterer must deliver food ready to serve, and you are responsible for leaving the kitchen clean, unless you add the serving and cleanup staff.

Linens through the venue. Plan for that line in the budget.
