Yummy's Korean BBQ and Sushi in Orem is the all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue flagship of the valley -- tabletop grills, unlimited rounds of galbi and bulgogi, and hand-rolled sushi on the same menu -- and the room our Korean food guide says it should have led with.

Where it is

In the Midtown 360 building at 360 South State Street in Orem, Suite 102 -- the same development that houses Tai Lai Shun and TRUreligion, each in a different suite.

What we know about it

Yummy's describes itself as Utah's first all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue and dates its trading to 2012, and it now runs several Utah restaurants with Orem as the flagship. Our Korean guide ranks it first in the category; our sushi guide calls it the one most sushi lists miss entirely because it is filed under Korean, which is the single most useful fact on that page for a group that cannot agree on a cuisine.

The confusion worth clearing up is the second Yummy's. There is a plate-lunch counter of the same name on West Center Street in downtown Provo, and our barbecue survey is explicit that it is a different format -- no grill in the table, no all-you-can-eat, kalbi and musubi on a plate. This entry is the Orem grill house.
