Oakwood Homes' Utah County neighborhoods: six collections at Wander in Saratoga Springs from the high $200s to the low $500s, the Brio Collection in Eagle Mountain and the Arrival Collection in Spanish Fork.

Oakwood Homes, which sells new homes in Arizona, Colorado and Utah, is the developer of Wander, the planned community on Utah Lake's north shore in Saratoga Springs. It also sells one collection each in Eagle Mountain and Spanish Fork.

This page lists them with the prices on Oakwood's own community pages, read November 2, 2026. Oakwood publishes price bands ("mid $400s") rather than exact starting prices, so ask for the price of a specific home. For how builders differ and how to check a license, see our guide to home builders in Utah Valley.

Warranty and energy

Oakwood's warranty page says it provides the Home Builder's Limited Warranty, covering construction defects, with the terms in a booklet in the Homeowner Guidebook and performance standards given at contract. Its energy page says every home gets a HERS score from a third-party RESNET rater, and claims its homes use 39% less energy a year than a resale home built to older standards. Ask for the HERS report on the home you're considering.

What to ask before you sign

  1. The exact price of the home and lot, since Oakwood publishes price bands, not starting prices.
  2. The terms of any rate offer, including whether it requires the builder's preferred lender, and a loan estimate from your own lender.
  3. The HOA dues and what they cover. None of Oakwood's Utah County pages listed them; our HOA guide lists the records you can ask for.
  4. The warranty booklet and performance standards, before you sign. Compare them with our builder warranties guide.
  5. The school boundary for your address. Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain join the new Lake Mountain School District on July 1, 2027; Spanish Fork is in Nebo School District.
