Homes
Century describes modern single- and two-story floor plans with open-concept layouts, in four collections of single-family homes and townhomes, starting at $499,990 in November 2026. Quick move-in homes were available. Century publishes an interactive homesite map; ask for the lot premium on any lot you like.

Century lists a playground, open space and picnic areas. That's a lighter amenity package than the pools and clubhouses at Overland or Inverness, which usually means lower HOA dues; ask for the actual figure.
Schools
Century lists Desert Sky Elementary, Frontier Middle School and Cedar Valley High School. Eagle Mountain is in Alpine School District until the new Lake Mountain School District takes over on July 1, 2027.
Getting around
Century says Pinnacles is near Silicon Slopes and Lehi's shopping and about 30 miles from Provo, with Macey's, Ridley's, Ace Hardware and the Saratoga Springs Walmart nearby. Our Living in Eagle Mountain guide covers the commute.
What to verify before you buy
- The HOA: the monthly or quarterly dues, any transfer or reinvestment fee at closing, what the dues cover, and the CC&Rs and rental rules. Our HOAs in Utah County guide explains what to ask for.
- What's built and what's promised: which amenities exist today and which are planned, with dates. Ask the developer or the city for the approved plan.
- The empty land next door: what's zoned or approved around your lot. The city's planning department can tell you.
- The school boundary for your address, confirmed with the district, since boundaries move as new schools open.
- The price of your lot, plan and options in writing, and whether any incentive depends on the builder's lender. Our guide to buying new construction step by step walks through it.
