Perry Homes is a Utah builder whose Utah County neighborhoods are all in Lehi: Fox Canyon, in the Traverse Mountain area, plus Fox Canyon Townhomes and Ridgeview. It publishes a price band for each neighborhood rather than a starting price.

Who Perry Homes is
Perry's About page says it has built homes throughout Utah for over 50 years, and that it runs a "debt and leverage free enterprise," which it says lets it price homes lower than "bank-reliant competitors." It also says many of its standard features are upgrades at other builders. Those are the company's own claims; compare the included-features list against any other builder's line by line. Its other Utah neighborhoods were in West Jordan, Herriman and Hurricane.

Fox Canyon
Perry describes Fox Canyon as having lake and mountain views and quick access to the dining, shopping and entertainment of the Traverse Mountain area. The model home is at 5333 Lookout Cove; from I-15, Perry's directions take exit 284 east on Timpanogos Highway, then Triumph Boulevard, Traverse Mountain Boulevard and Fox Canyon Road. Homes are priced from the $900s.
Fox Canyon Townhomes
Townhomes priced from the $500s, with the model at 5316 North Swift Fox Drive. The community page listed nine quick move-in townhomes by lot number.
Ridgeview
Priced from the $500s, at 979 West Vista Ridge Drive. The community page listed five quick move-in homes by lot number.
Warranty
Perry's warranty page is a claim form: you submit claims online before your warranty's expiration date, or call 801-264-8800 for northern Utah. It doesn't describe the coverage, so ask for the warranty document and compare it with our builder warranties guide.

- The price of the exact home and lot, since Perry publishes price bands, not starting prices.
- The included-features list, to test the claim that its standard features are other builders' upgrades.
- The warranty document and its terms.
- The HOA dues and what they cover. None of the pages we read listed them; our HOA guide lists the records you can ask for.
- The school boundary for your address. Lehi joins the new Aspen Peaks School District on July 1, 2027.
